Order Processing
Within one to two business days, all orders are processed. On the following business day, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation once dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 business days) – AED 15 (Free for orders over AED 200)

  • Express Delivery (Same/Next Day in major cities) – AED 30 (Available for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah)

International Shipping
We currently ship to select GCC countries and worldwide destinations.

  • GCC Shipping (3–7 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout

  • International Shipping (7–14 business days) – Rates vary by country and are displayed during checkout

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations, we cannot ship perfumes via air to certain countries. Orders containing flammable products may face restrictions or delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed, please allow up to 48 additional hours before contacting us.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at fayzaromaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photographs.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address input.
