Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it for you to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging, complete with all seals and coverings.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Downloadable products (e.g. digital guides or coupons)

Items marked as final sale
Return Requirements
We need a copy of your purchase confirmation or receipt to process your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer of the product.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items not in their original condition or packaging

Damaged products not due to our error

Returns made more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved or denied following the receipt and inspection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer replacements for damaged or defective items. Please send your item to Shop #1, Al Daghaya, Deira, Dubai – United Arab Emirates, and an email to fayzaromaofficial@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You will receive a gift certificate via email or postal mail once the item you returned is received.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Shop #1, Al Daghaya, Deira, Dubai – U.A.E.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
